best movies of two-thousand-nine.
in the spirit of list-making, here is my last list of the first decade of the second millenium. 2009 was pretty “ehh” as far as movies are concerned, but here are some of what i consider to be the high points.

i watched this on the way to uganda last month. i had heard that actor, now producer gael garcia bernal produced this film. i have a place in my heart...
